- Upper-level undergraduate with at least two years of college/university completed or a graduate student.
- Age between 20 and 25.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in community, nation, or region.
- Recommendation letter from an academic advisor verifying English proficiency.
- Valid international passport.
- Relevant experience working with NGOs or the community.
For U.S. Students:
- Upper-level undergraduate with at least two years of college/university completed or a graduate student.
- Specialization in international relations, international economic development, diplomacy, or related fields.
