To be eligible for the Islamic University of Madinah Scholarship, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Required Language: English.
• Eligible Countries: All countries.
• Religious Identity and Conduct: Applicants must be Muslims and have good conduct.
• Educational Qualifications for Bachelor’s: Applicants must have completed secondary education (12 years of study) or equivalent.
• Educational Qualifications for Master’s: Applicants for Master’s degree must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent for 16 years with a GPA of 3.75 out of 5.
• Health: Applicants must be in good physical and medical health.
• Age: Applicants must be between 17 and 25 years old to apply for undergraduate degrees.

Language tests for Masters:

• For applicants from Gulf countries: A minimum score of 65 on the General Aptitude Test for Graduate Studies (Qiyas), and the score must not have been obtained more than five years ago.
• For applicants from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: A minimum score of 130 on the GRE (quantitative part) must be obtained no more than two years ago.
• For all applicants: A minimum score of 450 on the TOE
