Job Description :

The Sales Assistant will assume a key role in the store of one of the most prestigious luxury brands in the heart of Milan, with a special focus on the women’s ready-to-wear department.

The primary responsibilities of this role include providing advice to clients, receiving them warmly, and managing business negotiations with efficiency and continued loyalty.

Applicants for this role must have previous experience in the retail or luxury sector, preferably gained in similar roles, to ensure the best customer service and enhance the in-store selling experience.

Skills and responsibilities

The Sales Associate is required to possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, along with a strong customer satisfaction orientation and an effective approach to sales.

The role also requires excellent knowledge of the English language.
