Job Description :
1. Position and basic responsibilities:
The position is responsible for online merchandising and promotion in the Toys R Us e-commerce channel.
Build a strong relationship with the purchasing team to ensure alignment on product content, availability and promotional activity.
2. Key Account Management:
- Monitor web analytics and apply basic guidelines.
- Work on improvement plans to enhance customer experience.
- Incorporate online best practices to ensure seamless flow from online to offline.
- Manage your online commerce and category list.
- Preparing reports and analyzing conversion numbers.
- Demand management through sales insights.
- Develop SEO and PPC strategies.
- Manage promotions.
- Make the Ecom website exciting and lively (banners and blogs).
3. Relationship with teams:
Build strong relationships with internal and external teams, especially purchasing teams and other brand teams (internal/external).
The position requires a combination of technical and business experience, with a focus on providing an enhanced customer experience and achieving desired business results for Toys R Us across e-commerce channels.
