Job Description:

We always express our appreciation in person or over the phone to our repeat guests, which builds loyalty and strengthens relationships.
You must efficiently handle guest reservations, inform them of options to improve their stay, and take advantage of any opportunity to promote our services.
Handling cash and credit transactions
Checking in and out should be quick and efficient, while ensuring the security and privacy of guests.
It is important to record guests’ preferences, anticipate their needs, and handle their inquiries and concerns professionally.
You must be available to assist guests with everything from general inquiries to complex matters, while communicating with management when needed.
Adhere to safety procedures, report any accidents, and wear protective equipment when necessary.
Make sure your appearance is professional and reflects the values and standards of the brand.
You should always be aware of the events and activities scheduled for the day.
Be prepared to move to different tasks and provide assistance to your colleagues when needed.

Admission criteria:

Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues alike. You should be able to efficiently handle concerns and compliments, and be an easy person to approach and talk to.
The ability to communicate fluently in English is essential. Additional language skills are a plus, but not a prerequisite.
Reading, writing and technological skills
The position requires willingness to work a variety of shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
A high school diploma is required as a minimum. Having a university or college degree is an added advantage, but not a necessary requirement.
Must be able to work effectively both as an independent individual and as part of a team.
