Diploma
Bachelor’s degree programmes
Postgraduate programs

Duration of the scholarship:

Diploma: 3 years
University degree: 8 semesters (4 years full-time)
Master’s degree: 12 months, 24 months

Benefits of Brunei Darussalam Government Scholarship

Exemption from tuition fees including admission, examination, registration and orientation fees.
Round-trip economy class ticket to/from Brunei Darussalam
Upon acceptance you will receive a full tuition fee exemption.
On-campus accommodation for 36 months, or a subsistence allowance of BD 2,200.00 per month for the same period.
An annual book allowance of $600 BND will also be provided.
A monthly allowance of $500 BND is given.
A monthly meal allowance of $150 BND is given.
Comprehensive health insurance coverage is provided to all participants.

Upon completion of the programme, a baggage allowance is given for transporting the scholarship recipient’s personal belongings to your home/country of residence after the end of the programme, until:
$250 to a country in the ASEAN region
$500 to a country outside the ASEAN region

Eligibility criteria

Bachelor’s and Diploma students must be between 18 and 25 years old.
If you are applying for a postgraduate Master’s programme, you must be at least 35 years old.
The applicant must not be a permanent resident of Brunei Darussalam.
