Eligibility and Registration Criteria for the Turkish Scholarship Program for Undergraduate Studies:

The applicant must not be older than 21 years.

The applicant must not be enrolled in any Turkish university at the same academic level they are applying for.

The applicant’s high school average must not be less than 70% for all specializations and 90% for medical group specializations (Medicine – Dentistry – Pharmacy).

The applicant must have graduated or be about to graduate from high school (baccalaureate). Therefore, you can apply with a document from the school where you are studying high school, proving that your average in the second year of high school is not less than 70%, and that you are enrolled in the third stage of high school. Following this, you can apply until the issuance of the high school certificate.

A certified and translated copy of the grade transcript.

A translated and authenticated copy of the high school diploma.

The student’s grades from the first semester of high school studies, with an average not less than 70%.

Eligibility and Application Criteria for the Turkish Scholarship Program for Master’s Degree

The applicant’s age should be 30 years or younger.

The undergraduate GPA should not be less than 75%.

Required Documents :

  • A personal photo with a white background.
  • A copy of a valid passport.
  • Translated and authenticated copies of the high school diploma and grade transcript.
  • Translated and authenticated copies of the bachelor’s degree certificate and grade transcript.
  • A motivation letter for pursuing a master’s degree in Turkey.
  • A recommendation letter for the Turkish scholarship from the university the student graduated from.
  • If the student is in their final year of study and wishes to apply for the Turkish scholarship, they must attach the grade transcript of the last completed academic semester.

Eligibility and Application Requirements for the Turkish Ph.D. Scholarship Program.

The applicant’s age for the Turkish scholarship should not exceed 35 years.

The master’s GPA should not be less than 75%.

How to Apply for the Free Turkish Scholarship :

Registration is done electronically through the official scholarship website 

  • Register on the website by entering the required information.
  • An activation link is sent to the email address you provided.
  •  After that, you log in to the website using the email and password you chose.
  • Fill out the form, which consists of 9 stages, and upload the required documents.
  • Usually, after a month, the evaluation results appear, and the accepted applicants are contacted via their email, and an appointment for a personal interview is set for them.
  • The date and place of the interview are determined for students in Turkey. As for students outside Turkey, interviews are conducted in embassies or their affiliated diplomatic institutions in those countries. If there are no embassies or diplomatic institutions affiliated with Turkey in those countries, an appropriate method for the interview is found.
