Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Greets hotel guests, from escorting guests to rooms to assisting in arranging reservations, enhances personal recognition and prompt attentions to guests from their arrivals to their departure to ensure a pleasant and satisfying stay at the hotel.
Serves as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensures hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements
Seeks verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and responds to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Keeps close contact with guests for feedback, complaints and compliments – and following it up
Manages, records and resolves guest or customer complaints promptly
Keeps other operating departments in the loop with important guest relations matters – from Food and Beverage and Maintenance to Housekeeping and Front Office

What we need from you ?

Arabic speaker
At least one (1) year experience in the same field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possess a warm, friendly and welcoming personality.
Be engaging, outgoing and confident.
Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure.
Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations.
A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service.
