The United Arab Emirates University invites local and international students from all over the world to apply for its scholarship for the academic year 2024-2025.
This fully funded scholarship is available to students wishing to pursue master’s or doctoral degrees at the UAE University, and includes almost all majors and academic fields, providing full coverage of study expenses.

The United Arab Emirates University was established in 1976, and is considered the pioneer and first in the field of scientific research in the Emirates, with more than 16,000 local and international students currently studying there.
According to the QS World University Rankings, the university is ranked 329th globally, reflecting its commitment to providing high-quality education.

Eligibility Criteria:

To ensure a successful application, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Open to all national and international students.
• Applicants must have obtained a cumulative GPA of no less than 3.5 out of 4.0 in the master’s degree.
• Applicants must not be receiving any employment or other financial support.
• Submitting a thesis in one of the priority sectors for the UAE (such as renewable energy, health, transportation, water, technology, and space).

Admission requirements for Ph.D.:

• Meet all admission requirements for doctoral programs at the university.
• Meet the English language requirements of the university and the desired program.
• Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.3 during the course of their doctoral studies.
• Enroll full-time (minimum 9 credits per semester) and be present full-time at the university.
• Commitment to at least 40 hours per week in courses and research projects throughout the academic year.

• For Emirati students: a copy of the passport, nationality ID card, and Emirates ID card.
• For international students residing in the UAE: a copy of the passport, valid visa, and Emirates ID card.
• For international students outside the UAE: a copy of the passport only.

English test results:

• An official copy of the IELTS or TOEFL exam results from one of the university’s accredited centers.

• Complete and submit the required security form.
