Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of MIS systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and workflows.
• Contribute to the development of ICT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Assess and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide expert support to end-users, addressing technical issues and optimizing system usage.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency in MIS systems.
• Oversee data integrity and security, implementing measures to safeguard sensitive information.
• Design and implement data management policies and procedures.
• Ensure seamless integration of MIS systems with other organizational software and hardware.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Implement monitoring tools to assess system performance and address issues proactively.
• Generate reports on system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure MIS systems comply with relevant standards.
• Establish and enforce governance policies for MIS usage.
• Collaborate with vendors to assess and select appropriate software solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely support and updates.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of MIS configurations, processes, and user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree is a plus.
• 6-8+ years of experience relevant field.
• Hands-on SAP ERP implementation experience in SD/MM/WM modules with exposure to PP/QM & PM will be advantage.
• Strong proficiency in designing and configuring business processes within respective modules.
• Minimum of three SAP turnkey project experiences with at least one in the manufacturing, preferred Cement Industry.
• Expertise in creating RICEFW objects and functional specifications based on business requirements.
• Knowledge of data migration tools such as LSMW and BDC for data uploads.
• End-to-end implementation experience of new product processes, covering production to sales.
• Configuration knowledge of various business processes, including SD, MM & WM and PP/QM & PM, process level validations, process Master data, legacy data handling, Release Procedures, Z-Reports, and business-specific checks and validations.
• Proficiency in handling regular and breakdown maintenance processes, including preventive and unplanned maintenance, work order management, and master data activities.
• Experience in implementing & modifying workflows and Enhancement of product price controls.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management activities, including Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, and Transfer Posting.
• Mandatory exposure to SAP S/4 HANA migration/conversion processes and projects (minimum one turnkey project).
